Dan worked close to me during his time coaching and playing in Sydney. I was constantly impressed by his attitude and enthusiasm to working with players of all standards. He gave the same tireless effort and time when coaching beginners as he did when working with Australia representatives. His inventive coaching ideas combined with his energetic personality resulted in our players being constantly challenged and inspired. Whilst here, Dan created a cricket coaching curriculum for teachers to refer too, a resource we still use today. I was delighted but not surprised to hear he had started Calypso, and I would recommend any aspiring cricketer to seek Calypso coaching.
